Professor Tobias De Coning

Prof De Coning is the Chief Director of Strategic Initiatives and Human Resources at Stellenbosch University, South Africa and senior faculty member at International School of Management, Paris, France. He is also a visiting professor at top universities including Coventry University and Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom. Prof De Coning is an experienced study leader with a wide-ranging international experience and his areas focus on internalization, leadership, management and innovations. In addition to contributing to strategic development of many MNEs and SMEs in developing and emerging economies, Prof De Coning also works extensively with the Association of Africa Universities (AAU) to advance the functionality of member universities.

Solomon Faakye Esq.

Mr. Faakye has diverse expertise spanning many areas including corporate governance and compliance, organizational development, public law litigation, and institutional advancement. He has held several senior level leadership positions in public and private entities where he contributed immensely to institutional reforms and renewal. As a Board member in various organizations’, he has a lived experience in providing overall strategic direction. Mr. Faakye has provided training for both national and international bodies including the Judicial Training Institute, Ghana and the Association of African Universities. He is currently the Head of Legal & General Counsel of the University of Cape Coast as well as Board of Trustee member & Legal Counsel for the Ghana Heritage Conservation Trust.

Dr Aikins E. Ferguson (Programme Co-ordinator)

Dr. Aikins has vast experience in training and development. He has designed and led various management, leadership and innovation programmes for top organisations in Ghana and Abroad. Dr. Aikins is formerly a lecturer at Nottingham Business School of Nottingham Trent University. He has contributed to knowledge generation and research in business development, international business, and management by objectives. He ensures there is high impact, relevance and unique skills development for delegates/participants attending training programmes by ensuring that experiential learning and overarching programme objectives are well achieved.
